Welcome to Latifi Shegiwal Construction Company (LSCC)

LSCC was established in 2004. It is adequate in all aspects, as it is the continuation of a well established NGO.  It has the full capacity to execute management and implement all kinds of construction projects such as building schools, clinics, irrigation, water supply, sanitation, road construction and rehabilitation, and income generation.

Community participation:
LSCC is focusing on community participation and involvement through direct contact with the local people and actively involving them in the project activities.

Relation with authorities:
LSCC is involved directly with the local authorities mainly with the department of MRRD, MOP, generally with the central government of Afghanistan and local communities' shora.

Monitoring and evaluation :

The project key staff as well as the senior project manager of the project carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of the program internally. The reporting system is through weekly, quarterly, monthly and annual reports in a regular manner.
The agency wishes to work in all parts of Afghanistan; however the agency is particularly interested to work in the places that are severely damaged and to implement the projects which have not been undertaken. LSCC has specialized staff in construction and the irrigation sector.
